It was an honour to speak on the panel at the FEW “Shinnenkai” (New Year Party) in Tokyo on the last day of January about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for all, and (on my part) about how AI will transform that in the next short term.

As the only man on the panel amongst many amazing and powerful women, I tried to speak as little as possible and to be as clear as I could.

I was treated with respect, as were all of the panel members, and we delivered our clear messages about the challenges and opportunities that all of us face, especially as business owners in Japan, which was very well received by the in-person and online audiences from around the world. 

I look forward to having Innovacious remain a Corporate Sustaining Member and and to me supporting any FEW initiatives, where I can, forever.
